Intuit Dome Rules
Intuit Dome prioritizes safety, accessibility, and an enjoyable experience for all attendees. Always check the venue’s website for the latest updates, as policies may vary by event.
Accessibility
Intuit Dome is dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for guests with disabilities, ensuring everyone can enjoy events comfortably and safely. The venue offers accessible parking on a first-come, first-served basis for those who purchase parking in advance. Entry points include specialized lanes for GameFace ID users near the Answers Portal, and Identity Pass holders can tap their phones for seamless access. Disabled and accessible seating is available across all price categories, with options for companion seats. Guests can request same-day ticket exchanges, though availability is limited.
Additional accommodations include assisted listening devices available at no charge from the Answers Portal on the plaza level above section Main 6, requiring valid ID for checkout. Audio description services and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters can be arranged with at least 10 business days’ notice by contacting [email protected] or calling 1-888-311-0231; shorter notice may not guarantee availability. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are provided to assist guests to and from their seats – simply ask an arena host upon entry.
For sensory needs, a Sensory Wellness Room is available, along with Sensory Bags containing noise-canceling headphones and fidget toys, borrowable with ID at the Answers Portal. Visually impaired fans can access OneCourt devices for enhanced participation. These measures reflect Intuit Dome’s commitment to ADA compliance, making it a welcoming space for all.
Animals & Service Dogs
Service animals are permitted at Intuit Dome to assist guests with disabilities, aligning with federal guidelines. Only trained service animals are allowed; emotional support animals or pets do not qualify. The animal must remain on a leash, tether, or harness unless it interferes with their duties or the handler’s disability prevents its use. They should fit in the guest’s lap or under the seat; if not, opt for wheelchair-accessible (WCA) rows when purchasing tickets, as same-day exchanges are limited.
If a service animal poses a safety threat to others, the guest may be asked to remove it from the premises. No other animals are allowed inside the venue. For questions or to discuss specific needs, contact the Answers Portal in advance. This policy ensures the safety of all attendees while supporting those who rely on service animals for independence.
Age Requirements
Age policies at Intuit Dome focus primarily on alcohol consumption and ticket access for minors. Guests must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol, with valid identification required at all times. Acceptable IDs include a U.S. or Canadian driver’s license, non-driver ID, passport, or U.S. military ID. Staff will intervene promptly with impaired, intoxicated, or underage individuals to maintain a safe environment. For general entry, there are no universal age restrictions unless specified by the event (e.g., some concerts may require adults to accompany minors). Children under 13 or those needing assistance can use Teammate accounts in the Intuit Dome app for ticket management. Parents should review event-specific guidelines to ensure compliance and a family-friendly experience.
Bag Policy
To enhance security and streamline entry, Intuit Dome enforces a strict bag policy. Only personal clutches or clear bags no larger than 10” x 6” x 2” are permitted. Exceptions apply for medical or childcare items, allowing bags up to 14” x 14” x 6”, but these must undergo X-ray screening. All approved bags are subject to inspection via onsite X-ray machines. Backpacks, purses, totes, and non-clear bags are prohibited to reduce entry delays and risks. Storage options may be available nearby, but planning ahead is recommended. This policy, common in modern arenas, prioritizes safety while accommodating essential needs – contact the Answers Portal for clarifications.
Entry and Security
Entry to Intuit Dome requires a valid digital ticket linked to the Intuit Dome app, paired with GameFace ID or Identity Pass for contactless access via Zoom Thru devices. Doors typically open 60 minutes before events, with parking available 4 hours prior. Rideshare services must use the Mobility Hub at the Standard East Garage. Security screenings are mandatory, prohibiting outside food, beverages, and restricted items. First aid stations are located on multiple levels, equipped with EMTs and AEDs. Report any concerns to arena hosts. This thorough process ensures a secure environment, with accessible options for those with disabilities.
Food, Drink & Alcohol
Outside food and beverages are not allowed past security, promoting the use of onsite concessions. Empty sustainable water bottles under a quart are permitted and can be refilled at stations throughout the venue. Alcohol is available only to those 21+ with valid ID, limited to two drinks per transaction. Sales end at the third quarter for Clippers games or at management’s discretion for other events. Impaired guests may be denied service or ejected. This policy encourages responsible consumption and sustainability, with a variety of food options available inside to enhance your experience.
Payment Options
Intuit Dome operates as a cashless venue, accepting digital payments for convenience and speed. Store payment methods in your Identity Pass within Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for tap-to-pay at concessions and shops. Credit/debit cards and mobile payments are standard. For alcohol, valid ID is required alongside payment. This modern approach minimizes wait times and enhances hygiene.
Photography and Recording
Personal photography is allowed with non-professional devices, but professional cameras with interchangeable lenses, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and flash are prohibited. Audio and video recording is strictly forbidden without event approval. Devices like GoPros or smart glasses are banned to protect performers’ rights and prevent distractions. Always respect fellow guests and event guidelines.
Prohibited Items
A comprehensive list of prohibited items ensures safety. This includes weapons, aerosol cans, fireworks, laser pointers, drones, large banners on poles, whistles, outside food/beverages, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment. Clothing with explicit language is also banned. Items may vary by event, so check specifics. Violations can lead to ejection or denial of entry.
Smoking Policy
Intuit Dome is entirely smoke-free, prohibiting all forms of smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes inside the arena and on property grounds. This includes tobacco and cannabis products. Violators will be ejected to maintain a healthy environment for all. Designated areas are not provided, so plan accordingly.
